Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on all orders to Canada & the USA.

When will my order ship?

Please allow us 48 hours to process your order. Domestic orders (Canada) usually ship within 48 hours. Please allow 7-15 days for international orders.

Will I be charged for import taxes or customs fees?

Orders shipped outside of Canada and the USA may be subject to additional duties, customs, and taxes that are not included in the price. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We do not cover any import fees.

Where do you ship orders from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Montreal, Canada.

Will you notify me when my order has shipped?

You'll receive an email confirmation after submitting your order, and another one once we've shipped your order.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When you go through the order checkout process, you can enter a shipping address than is different from your billing address.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
